We offer a 60-day, money-back guarantee for the Bark Phone device (monthly wireless plan payments are not refundable). Simply send it back if you're not happy and you won't be on the hook for any more payments. You may, however, be liable for any damage that the phone incurred while in use. After the 60 day period, you'll keep the device and pay off your Bark Phone’s remaining balance.
